Those are the questions I found myself trying to answer when I first heard of turmeric, and when I did get those answers and started adding turmeric to my daily routine, there have been some changes in my skin and health-wise.

If you are familiar with curry, then you should know that turmeric is the major spice in curry.
Turmeric, as also known as Curcuma, curcuma domestica, curcuma aromatic, curcumae longaRadix curcumae, curcumae longae Rhizoma, safran bourbon, yu jin, Racine de curcuma, Haldi, Indian saffron, Nisha, Pian jiang huang, safran de Batallita, Turmeric Root and lot more.
Turmeric is from the ginger family, it requires a hot and humid climate to strive. Turmeric rhizomes are for the finger type of look and ginger-like in appearance.
However, the internal flesh is a deep yellow-orange color. Turmeric has been used in Asia for thousands of years, and a spice that has been featured in medical lines and also featured in natural herbs products.
It is a spice that looks like ginger, with a bitter taste, and comes from the turmeric plant.
It is a tall plant that grows mostly in Central America and Asia and is used as food by Asians and Indians mostly.
That is why Indians are known as one of the consumers of healthy diets in the world.
Turmeric can also be found in places like Cambodia, China, and Japan. It is a universal spice and it can be used by both adults and kids
Turmeric root when dry can be used as capsules, powder, and teas.

That is why science has been able to make it known to us that short-term inflammations is beneficial to the body but can only become a problem if it becomes chronic low-level inflammation.

That is why it is important to use anything that can fight chronic inflammation is so important to use, and that is why turmeric is essential for you and me.

- Mix them in a jug

I will suggest that you include turmeric in your diet and also take a 500mg turmeric tablet. And don’t hesitate to consult your doctor whenever you want to take any medical action before taking any prescription.

An average Indian diet is said to contain 2000mg-2,500mg doses of turmeric and it’s regarded as safe play. However, there are some circumstances that you should not take turmeric and this is when you have any of this:
- If you are pregnant: although there has not been researching that fully states the effect of turmeric on pregnant and breastfeeding women but it is not recommended to take turmeric if you are in such a condition.
- Gallbladder disease: turmeric is known to worsening the situation, so it is not advisable for people with such a condition to take turmeric.
- Kidney stone
- Bleeding disorder
- Iron deficiency.
The truth is that 500-2000mg doses of turmeric are regarded safe to use, and turmeric supplements are also safe to use but unsuitable for some people.
It will be advisable to seek medical attention before taking supplements.

This is something I have seen and heard a lot of people ask about turmeric if it can help sexually. Well the good news is that turmeric can help improve your sex life.

There is always a bad side to everything good. So does turmeric has some negative effects but they are not severe as negative sounds. according to Healthline, daily intake of 8gm of turmeric is safe and no toxic recorded there are still some effects of taking turmeric in higher doses. So what are the downsides of taking turmeric?
- Stomach pain
A person who took 1500-2500mg doses of turmeric twice daily was recorded to have an abnormal heart rhythm. That is why you should always consult a doctor before taking turmeric in higher doses.
